With a background in wellness counselling, adult education and soulful mentoring, I hold space for honest conversations and personal reinvention at your own pace, for maximum clarity.

I also run workshops – My group work brings people together in supportive, thoughtful spaces, whether in the boardroom or a circle of chairs.

Through focused workshops and mentoring groups, I help teams, leaders and individuals explore confidence, communication, emotional wellbeing, grief, transition and authentic leadership. The process is practical, reflective and quietly transformative, building vital insights into real human connection.
